Having had a highly successful career in IT management, she uses those skills to help develop our Young Carers Team, supporting them at all levels. Terry’s role is crucial as she takes on tasks that free up staff to concentrate on face-to-face work with young carers; she does this at a highly skilled level including administering databases, running meetings, and assisting with tasks at management level. We are grateful for Terry’s immense dedication and focus in supporting us.
