Being a carer can be hard work and you might need to take a break sometimes. This is also known as respite. We deliver a variety of activities to help you get a break from caring. We also offer a variety of workshops and training to help you in your caring role.

The minimum age for activity trips for young carers is 8 years of age. Carers Trust Solihull is not OFSTED registered to take younger children on trips lasting more than two hours. 

  • Adult Carer Support Surgery

    Our carers support surgeries are for carers to access advice, information and support on anything relating to caring.     Three Tree Community Centre Chelmsley Wood, Solihull, United Kingdom

    Sessions will be informal and fun, there will be a wellbeing focus for each group but this is flexible and will be influenced by what you would like to have support with.

    Join us for a cuppa and a fun information session run by Act on Energy, who are a charity that offers energy advice, hints and tips to families who might be struggling with fuel bills. Booking essential.
