ABOUT THIS VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITY

The Peer Mentoring Session facilitator will assist the project coordinator to host 1-2-1 and group mentoring sessions between young carers which take place on Wednesday evenings. You will be involved in preparing and supporting individual pairs of young carers to engage in face-to-face activities to develop social skills, build confidence, reduce isolation and give support with difficulties that they may experience in their school setting.
