Being a carer can be hard work and you might need to take a break sometimes. This is also known as respite. We deliver a variety of activities to help you get a break from caring. We also offer a variety of workshops and training to help you in your caring role.
PLEASE NOTE: The minimum age for activity trips for young carers is 8 years of age. Carers Trust Solihull is not OFSTED registered to take younger children on trips lasting more than two hours.
