Group & One to one Support
You will have someone to talk to who understands. Our staff are available on the telephone, in person or via video, e.g. Zoom.

Events & Activities
We offer a range of events, activities, age appropriate clubs, day trips and short breaks for you to have some fun and time out.

Information & Advice
We share information and advice about services and support available to you and help you to access them.

Carers' Card
Be identified as an unpaid carer with a Carers' Card, which also gives you access to concessions and carer discounts.

Training & Workshops
We offer workshops and training sessions so that you can gain knowledge and skills as you continue to care; these are always designed to match needs identified by carers of all ages.

Befriending & Peer Mentoring
Carers are linked with a volunteer to listen and help with achieving goals; peer mentors are experienced carers who offer empathy and support as needed.

Influencing Change
Carers shape all aspects of our services, including as trustees of our board, as members of the young carers’ and young adult carers' decision-making groups.
Please note, our service is for the Solihull area only.
You can access our service if you meet one of the criteria below:
- You are a carer aged 18 or over, either you or the person you care for lives in Solihull.
- You are a young carer aged 5-17, and you or the person you care for lives in Solihull .
- You are a young carer aged 5-17 who lives out of borough but goes to school in Solihull.
Please complete this form and provide as much information as possible about your caring role to support your registration. This will help us better understand your needs as a carer and ensure appropriate support can be identified.
By completing this registration, you agree that we can share basic information about you with Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council (SMBC) so they can identify you. If we complete any assessments or support plans with you, these will also be shared with SMBC. This helps keep their records up to date and makes it
