Information about this workshop:
The aim of this workshop is to help you feel better prepared for the end of your caring role, a subject that is important but often difficult to talk about. In a small group with a supportive professional, you will learn about resources and support available for you and the person you are caring for as they approach end of life, and how to plan for this time. We will talk about how to have difficult conversations, the importance of looking after yourself, and things you may need to do after your loved one has died.
