Annual Report & Financial Statements 2024–2025 - Carers Trust Solihull

Annual Report 2024–2025: Celebrations, Achievements and Goals

Every year, we release an annual report to share not only our finances, but also the work we have achieved over the past 12 months. Discover how Carers Trust Solihull is transforming how unpaid carers find help, connections and recognition.

We’re proud to share how, in 2024–25, we supported a record 5,077 unpaid carers in Solihull, growing our reach, our impact and our ambition for carers of all ages. In this report you’ll see how we’ve cleared assessment backlogs, expanded days out, workshops and one‑to‑one support, and put extra help in place for those hit hardest by the cost-of-living crisis. You’ll also discover how we’ve transformed our digital offer – from our Carers Essentials guides to rapidly growing website traffic, high‑performing e‑bulletins and our upcoming Bridgit Care service – making it easier than ever for carers to find the right support at the right time.

Alongside powerful real stories, the report shows we are staying firmly focused on improving the lives of unpaid carers in Solihull.
