Salary Scale 8-10 £27,744-£29,201 (Pro-rata)

Location: Head office address: Carers Trust Solihull, Solihull Fire Station Annexe, 620 Streetsbrook Road, Shirley Solihull, B91 1QY and Hybrid working.

We are seeking to appoint a well-organised, reliable, and enthusiastic person to join our welcoming not-for-profit charity providing support to thousands of Solihull’s unpaid, mostly family unpaid carers.

This new post will work with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) developing our fundraising campaigns, grant applications, local activity, publicity, donor stewardship, and integrating fundraising opportunities into all our activities, publicity and engagement with Carers.

You will implement Carers Trust Solihull’s two-year rolling fundraising delivery plan with monthly fundraising activities. And lead a small team of volunteers to support your initiatives. This role would suit someone with:
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
* Excellent literacy, ICT, and presentation skills
* Experience and skills in Fundraising and Income generation
* Proven problem-solving and conflict management.
* The ability to network and make new external contacts.
