Hours: 37 hours
Fixed Contract: 12 month contract (subject to review) – maternity leave
Salary Scale: 3 – £24,006

Job Role:

We are seeking to appoint a well-organised, reliable, and enthusiastic person to join our welcoming not-for-profit charity providing support Solihull’s unpaid, mostly family unpaid carers. Ideally, you will have two year’s experience of completing assessment, support planning, and/or offering advice and guidance to parents of children with disabilities and/or health needs and children and/or young people. The role is to explore the impact of caring through providing assessments and support plans to Parent Carers and Young/Young Adult Carers aged 5-25 years old, our aim is to increase networks of support, confidence and resilience for carers through self-directed and nurturing support.
